On the 16th March 2007, Jindal School of Hotel Management organized a “BISTRO” in association with Alliançe Française, Baroda-Annex, at its venue. The event was arranged for the benefit of both JSHM and Alliançe Française students. Students of JSHM participated in the complete arrangement of an elegant setting for a dinner with a platter of exotic French cuisine. The ambience was invigorating and charming wherein the JSHM students put into practice the theory lessons learnt at the Institute for cooking, catering, management, etc. |
