Minimum Specification

Laptop for study. A laptop at an economical rate can be made available by the Institute, if student cannot make the arrangement for the same.

Tuition Fees cover

Tuition, meals (during school hours), accident insurance (professional only), house doctor fees, events and facilities (i.e. conferences, leisure and sports activities), administration costs, professional uniforms, professional tool kits, other school supplies, membership for the JSHM Alumni Association, tutoring (when necessary), industry presentations, exam fees, guest lecturer fees and career advice. Any unused services, clothes, school supplies, benefits, etc. included in the tuition fees are non- refundable.

Tuition Fees does not cover

Damage deposit, private health insurance, parking, any type of personal expenses including travel to and from the school to internship site, pocket money, accommodation, etc..

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ADMISSION

METHOD OF PAYMENT׃
The COURSE FEE for the semester along with the damage deposit is to be paid in full when submitting the applications. Students who do not deposit full fees will not be allowed to attend classes and the fees already paid will be forfeited. Fees to be paid through Bank Demand Draft drawn in the name of Jamunadevi Educational Trust, payable at Baroda.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT׃
The damage deposit of Rs.10,000 is refundable at the end of the course.
Any damages caused by the student would be deducted from this deposit. If the deposit is exhausted, then a fresh deposit would be payable.

LAPTOP FEES׃
Laptop is compulsory for the course, although students can bring their own, in which case configuration charges may apply. Students may also purchase their laptop from the school by paying the relevant charges.

LODGING & BOARDING׃
Fees for lodging and boarding are payable separately in advance for availing the facility. Parents and guardians are required to sign a separate agreement for using accommodation provided by the school.

HEALTH INSURANCE׃
All students would be required to take care of their own medical expenses, if any.

MEDICAL CERTIFICATE׃
Application form should be accompanied by a comprehensive medical fitness certificate signed by a qualified physician. Parents and guardians, by signing this document take responsibility for providing true information regarding the health of their ward. Any health disorder which is purposely concealed or known information on the same is held back, would attract immediate expulsion of the student.

REFUND POLICY׃
Tuition and affiliation fees once paid shall not be refunded. Please refer to Standards of Excellence book.


STANDARDS OF EXCELLENCE BOOK׃
All students and parents/guardians will have to sign a contract containing rules and regulations relating to behavior, punctuality, absenteeism, grades and general code of conduct in the school premises.

DOCUMENTS FOR ADMISSIONS׃
Attested true copy of mark sheets and school leaving certificate, English test certificate, two passport size photographs and medical certificate to be submitted.
